It was nice meeting you all at the user meeting on November 14, 2008. Please take a few moments to fill out the attached survey. Your comments and feedback will prove to be extremely useful in planning our meeting for the following year. I will file all your comments under my “lessons learned” folder so that we can have a future meeting that that is better designed to meet your needs, and will enable us to gradually move towards a phase of community commitment and problem resolution via networking and collaboration. If you are interested, please indicate your interest in the attached survey. I also proposed at the meeting that we need a committee of people to work with the chair to plan our user meetings. Since this user group covers many different products and involves many people, it will extremely be helpful for us to have a team of people using different Ex Libris products to organize future meetings.
